Labour Self Support

So today was cool as i did a fair bit of physical labour, it was a day off work, and i did some exercise, directed my team that was working through the day, i walked with the dogs, went to the bank, did some food shopping, took my mum to the dentist, cleaned out cluttered cupboards in the kitchen, did some gardening, put some new blinds on the kitchen window, cleaned my bedroom extensively, installed a few bits of new furniture, set up my mums ebay account, collected my work teams scores, made food. Then i had a shower, studied an hour of my ITD course, watched a film, checked my emails, and here i am now.

I enjoy observing the reactions that come up within me in relation to most of these tasks, and then realizing myself allowing the reactions and resistances that came up in the moment, standing equal as the points, and then releasing them through self forgiveness and breathe as i required. Most of the reactions were thoughts were selfish thoughts along the lines of "i dont want to do this, i just want to sit in my room doing my ITD coursework, do some emails, support those walking process, watch vlogs/videos, and read/post comments/blogs all day, fuck anybody else, its my day off"

I find doing physical labour to be an enojoyable point of self support, standing equal as the task that requires to be done here, and directing the point to completion without going into the reactions as the mind that came up along they way in relation to the various tasks. Just sticking to breathe here within doing these tasks, no self created playouts of self deception as the mind, which of course made sure that the tasks were done as effectively as possible, and thus i am applying myself as effectively as possible at the same time within doing the tasks. If i had allowed myself to react and go into the ego as personality as the mind about these points, then there would have been self manifested physical consequences - for example most of the tasks today wouldnt have been done, and the ones that were would be done to a lazy, sub standrad level, which would not have been best for all.

So sticking to whats here and workable in this one breathe, in self- honesty, and realizing/removing all reactions in relation to doing more labour as is required to maximise what i am able to complete in one day to the most effective level, im also finding utilizing schedules to be cool practical self support on this point here - best for all
