So judgements towards parents and family is something we all
have, whether we are born in to poverty or luxury, whether we have a large
family or a small family, there was a male and a female that came together had
sex and we were born as a result, then during the process of growing up parents
started judging their children more and more because the child is not doing
exactly what the parent wants. And then the children started judging their
parents more and more, because kids notice that the parents are demanding
perfection, but are not actually living it, not actually giving the child the
reference point of perfection.
It’s fascinating to look at judgements towards our parents
and family, we all have and still do have many reactions that come up. I mean
these are the people we are around for sometimes very long periods of our
lives, some people for their whole life, so obviously we are going to have the most
extensive backchat, emotions and feelings towards family members of any people
that we know.
It’s something I am
experiencing currently towards my mother, and my sons mother where I’m reacting
in an attack defensive position as the mind when either my mother or my sons
mother attempts to have an argument with
me, or attempts to attack me in some way.
I notice that my mother gets pretty emotional quickly when
im doing something that she doesn’t like, which usually related to how long I
take to get to a task she wants me to do now. And it’s fascinating because I have
noticed that occasionally I will do the same to my mum, when she is being
dishonest, or to my son, where I will start judging him and particularly his
mother if he is doing something dishonest, something I see as abusive and unacceptable.
For instance about a week ago I had my son with me for a
week, and at one point he started praying before eating, because his mother is
taking him to church a lot, and as soon as I saw him do this I reacted
emotionally in an instant, as if I had been personally offended.
I started to raise my voice, and I went off on 20 minute
energetic rant exposing religion, but I was really exposing myself within this
situation as well. Because although what I was telling my son was common sense
equations explaining how religion is not real, I was also judging him and
particularly his mother as something bad in my mind.
I try to avoid having much religious discussion with my son’s
mother, because when I try to engage in that, she loses focus on the discussion
easily, and obviously just ends up getting defensive, so I instead try and
implant a few seeds now and then so to speak. I mean she agrees with me that
god is the nastiest character in the bible, yet she still feels it necessary to
pray to the god of the bible.
But it’s interesting because it’s almost like at the
subconscious and unconscious level I actually want her or my son to say
something religious to me, just so I can start judging them in an emotional
rant, but consciously I will say that I don’t want to argue or judge, which is
dishonesty.
This is not acceptable to judge anything as “bad” or “wrong”,
it is simply real or not real, supportive or abusive. Just because someone
close to me is not seeing things and doing things the way I would, that does
not give me the right to start attacking that person and then validating the
attack in my mind because they are my family.
I mean families really are breeding grounds for demons in
this world, nobody can hide from this, we are taught and believe that family is
where the “heart is” when in fact it is the nastiest shit that comes out in
families.
Families operate like gangs, supporting each other’s mind
possessions, and attacking those outside of the gang. I mean we have all
condoned abuse in some way within ourselves and towards our families at some
point, then saying its ok because we “love our family”, we are attacking this
family member out of our apparent “love” for them, when really that’s just a
fucked up excuse, and we are not really loving this family member, as the
actuality of unconditional love, we are just abusing ourselves and others.
So I must take self-responsibility to redesign myself in
relation to family into something that is best for all, where no judgements towards
other family members can exist, only support of the physical here.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
judge my mother, to judge my son, to judge my sons mother as something bad whenever
they are doing something abusive in nature.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
justify my judgemental attack towards family members, not realising that within
this judgemental attack where I’m seeing the being as “bad” I’m actually just
abusing this person in my mind which is completely unacceptable.
I forgive myself that I have not realised that by judging my
family members, I am actually judging myself, actually allowing this judgment, thus
abusing everyone within the situation as myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
desire to “win” any discussion in relation to a point of disagreement with
family members, trying to compete and “prove” that equality is the solution for
mankind, when that is not something I can force someone to see whether they are
family or not, that is a point of self-realization only.
I forgive myself that I while I have realised, I have not
lived the actuality of supporting others as myself in relation to family,
because I’m still trying to be some kind of alpha male figure around family who
always has the last word, which is ego.
I forgive myself that I have not realised that when I show I
can be easily affected by family members, that I am actually supporting the
family member to remain limited within and as pre-programming, and to not
research and live equality themselves because they see that I am not living it
in all moments.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
get annoyed and to judge my mother when she starts attacking me, which actually
just feeds energy into her attack, which in turn programs the future to ensure
it happens again in a time loop.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
blame my sons mother for my annoyance towards her teaching my son to believe in
religion, which is just abdicating my self-responsibility as a point of ego,
when in fact I cannot change someone else to how I would like them to be, this
world does not work that way, I can only support the being as myself through
living as an example of what is best for all.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
actually desire my family members to
disagree with me sub-consciously and unconsciously so that I can engage in an
energetic discussion, while consciously believing I don’t want to fight, but in
self honesty I know what I’m doing.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
judge myself as weak whenever I allow myself to get affected by a family member.
I realise and understand that this weakness is only existing in my mind and
thus not real.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
enter a discussion from a starting point of energy, trying to prove something, judging
others, which will always result in a forceful release of this energy through
arguing.
I forgive myself that
I have not accepted and allowed myself to simply stop, breathe and walk away
from the situation when a conversation with a family member is getting abusive,
instead of engaging the family member in an egotistical mind war.
I forgive myself that
I have accepted and allowed myself to try and convince, and change other family
members perspective so they can understand equality and start living equality,
when that actually is in direct opposition to equality, because equality is
self-realized, it is not enforced upon by another.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to justify
trying to win discussions and arguments with family members because of knowing
that equality has no flaws to it, so I will always have all the tools necessary
to win the discussion.
I forgive myself that I have not realized that me ranting
and raving within and as a judgemental mind possessed state trying to prove something
is not doing what’s best for all, it is abuse, and I should instead stop before
I open my mouth look at what my starting point is within opening my mouth, if
it is not clear I should not speak, I should just focus on breathing, diffusing
the energetic build up and then speak when I am clear.
I forgive myself that I have not lived what is best for all
in relation to my family in every moment, so that I support each family member
as myself in the most effective way possible to actually change and live what’s
best for all so that the family can be redesigned into something that’s best
for all, which cannot happen through my force, it can only happen through
self-realization.
I commit myself to redesigning myself, correcting my
starting point in relation to family members, mapping out all reactions, investigating
the route cause in my mind, forgiving myself, flagging myself, re-scripting myself within
and as breathe taking self-corrective application until here no further. I realise
and understand that families must be recreated to become a place of physical
support with me as the starting point. I’m not willing to accept less than self
–honesty as myself; I’m not willing to allow the abuse in this world as myself
to continue. I commit myself to living what is best for all in every way.
