Day 289: Maintaining stability within jealousy and shame Part 2

Lets look closer at jealousy and shame, as I have faced these points recently, while in my experience these emotions do not and have never assisted me in my life in living what is best for all life in equality and oneness.

So walk with me -

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react in shame when I am faced with the jealousy of others towards me in one of my current work places - I realise that this shame experience is from almost wanting to apologise to the people who are jealous towards me, yet all this does is cause my performances to be affected, purposely limiting my skills and capacities, so as to try and reduce peoples jealousy.

I forgive myself that I have not realised that limiting myself through this shame, is only allowing myself to be controlled by the internal experiences and actions of others - at a detriment to myself, keeping myself in separation from the physical which is unacceptable.

I forgive myself that i have not realised in each breathe that the only reason people are becoming jealous towards me is because they are competing with me, feeling my achievements are unfair that they could do better, desiring what I have done, but also fearing that they will never achieve what I have - so these people allowing my actions to cause these kinds of reactions in them, is really a support for them to deal with unnecessary issues they have in their mind

I forgive myself that I have not realised in every here moment, that I cannot control how someone reacts to me, all I can ever do is make sure hat I am stable as breathe throughout whatever mental episode this person/persons is having towards me - because it is only when I am breathing clear here that I can apply common sense.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I need to apologise for performing well in anything I do which causes jealousy in other's - when in reality these thoughts need not occur and do not assist me in anyway whatsoever.

I forgive myself that I have not realised that this shame experience is actually a defence mechanism deriving from my ego, where I believe that I am responsible for other peoples experience which of course is nothing but self-deception.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe in certain moments like when others experience jealousy towards me, that I am responsible for their mind  and therefore "have to" be ashamed that I am causing them this reaction - when in reality it s not me who is causing there reaction, it is that persons own allowance and lack of direction of their mind that is causing their reaction towards me.

I forgive myself  for not realising in every breathe that this capitalist system is designed to programme our thinking to underachieve, thus automatically jealousy can occur towards anyone that we see overachieving in anything.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to define myself as someone who doesn't want attention - so when I am effective at something causing myself to get attention from others, I fall into this shame experience, to try to reduce this attention.

I forgive myself that I have not realised that I fallen int this pattern of shame towards myself multiple times in my life -

So I forgive myself that  have accepted and allowed myself to be ashamed of my skin colour in various moments in my life, due to the reaction it seems to cause in others - yet I have realised in my life that racism is a real part of this world and it is not different skin colours which is the cause, it is mankind's inability to see that we are all here as this one breathe, skin colour is completely irrelevant because we are all equal as life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to experience shame when I am interacting with an attractive female, when I can see it is causing others to be jealous - again this shame makes no sense because if someone is jealous of  a conversation I am having with someone, then I am actually assisting them to also communicate with people more effectively.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to experience shame when I have been given promotions ahead of older/more experienced colleagues in previous companies when I was younger - I see how I have carried this my entire working life, right into a company I currently work at, as my recent promotion has shown me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to experience and carry this shame of when I had sex with a girl when I was in college and the jealousy it caused in some guys on campus.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to experience shame when I was younger training shoot fighting and was given an opportunity to be the first under 16 to train with the adults, which caused jealousy in the other young students.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to experience this shame experience when I had a better sicker collection then most at school which caused a lot of jealousy towards me - I can recall even virtually giving all my stickers away to my friends eventually, to try and get rid of this shame at the time.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to experience jealousy towards friends that had bigger families then mine when I was younger, I remember trying to make my friends feel ashamed of having a bigger family then me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to experience jealousy towards friends growing up who did not have a disabled mother.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to experience jealousy towards friends growing up who had both parents living with them.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to experience jealousy towards friends and people I have met throughout my life who seem to have a normal family - when In reality we cannot control who is our family and this jealousy has never assisted me, it has only ever made me bitter about my family.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be jealous towards friends and people I have met in life who are of pure Aryan blood - I have realised that there is no genetics that gives any type of beings more superiority then any others, because we are all equal as life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to pretend in dishonesty that I didn't care about the things I was jealous towards others growing up, when in reality not only was I reacting but I was also trying to manipulate the person to feel ashamed for having more then me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use logical  self-manipulation to try to cause shame in another when I was jealous of something abut them.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I was "over" any jealousy experience towards another, when In reality if that were the case then I would not have reacted as this shame to the jealousy I have been receiving from others recently.

I forgive myself that I have not realised in the moment this shame experience arises that being stable, being content as this breathe makes more sense, because my actions are causing others to have to question themselves as this jealousy experience, which is a form of assistance to them.

I commit myself to not allowing myself to experience shame when I am faced with people being jealous towards me, as I realise this pattern has been happening for too long and does not assist me to live whats is best for all life in self-honesty here - so as and when I see my mind having thoughts based in shame when others are jealous, I stop and breathe, I do not allow myself to replay this pre-programme, I allow for no interaction. I breathe and continue to breathe until there is no more thoughts that come up which will indicate my transcendence of this point.

I commit myself to living the realisation that no matter what I do in life, I cannot control the experience that anyone has towards me in any moment, therefore reacting to the reactions others have towards me makes no sense, because I can only direct myself here as this breathe in this life, which is the greatest assistance I can provide anyone who has been moved into reaction by my actions.

I commit myself to not allowing myself to experience jealousy towards anyone in my life, I realise that while I have done effective work to reduce jealousy, my reaction towards others jealousy recently shows me I must be aware and continue to align myself  - so s and when I see my mind having thoughts of jealousy towards another for anything, then I stop and breathe I do not allow myself to engage or participate in anyway, I stand here as this breathe no matter how many times the thoughts come up, until the thoughts are no more.

Day 288: Maintaining stability within jealousy and shame

Some things are uncertain in life, while some other things are complete certainties - for instance it is certain that you will take a piss at some point today, but you living to 100 years old and beyond is an uncertainty.

Life is full of these certainties and uncertainties  - today we are looking at a certainty surrounding the point of jealousy.

Because if you are successful in anything you do in life, you can guarantee that while many will praise you for the work you have done, many others will experience a powerful jealousy experience towards you.

It is important that when this occurs that you do not react, that you maintain your stability through breathing not allowing the spiteful thoughts of others affect you.

This is something I have been facing recently in multiple scenarios, I spoke about how the jealousy of others caused a group to try to frame me for something I didn't do in my last blog.

However that was a mixture of racism as well, but also recently I have been seeing the purity of jealousy in one of my work offices coming through in a lot of work colleagues.

The company announced in the past few weeks, that they are setting up an elite team comprised of the 12 most effective agents in the company.

Every agent that was picked for this elite team has been with the company at least 3 years. But I was also picked for this elite team, even though I have only been with the company for 9 months.

Me getting offered this position was not because I have any special connections in the company, it is purely based on my results which the owners of the company have been very happy with.

Fascinating that a lot of work colleagues have not been happy about this though - I understand why they are jealous, because there is over 100 people in my branch of the company and over 500 in total in the building itself.

When this was announced I only had two work colleagues congratulate me, meanwhile everyone else said nothing, but in their minds and in the company gossip a lot has been said about me.

My results have made some of the experienced agents not picked for the elite team look ineffective, so people have reacted in embarrassment towards themselves, annoyance, judgement and jealousy towards me.

Many feel its unfair, but statistically I deserve this position, as I have only done this through hard work.

But I have seen people, ignoring me, rolling there eyes when they see me, not even willing to say hello, people leaving the room when I enter, and random shit talking about me behind my back.

Of course I cannot control what another thinks about me in their mind, because as the old saying goes - haters gona hate.

That's how we are pre-programmed as mind consciousness system robots - me personally I unravelled the poisonous thoughts of jealous years ago. or I thought I did, because don't get me wrong I can still experience jealousy, but it is very rare, and I will not allow it to control me when it comes up. Because when I see someone doing something exceptional in life - it makes me want to congratulate them and to take inspiration from their performances.

But its been interesting looking at my mind, seeing how I have reacted to this jealousy reaction I have seen from many staff in the office since my inclusion in the elite team was announced.

Its almost been like I have gone into this ashamed experience, ashamed that I have performed so well and caused many of the staff to jealous and dislike me because of this.

As if I have to apologise for the quality I am producing which is ludicrous, because if we do something well in life, shame and felling like we should apologise to those who are jealous are not thoughts that we should experience nor are they thoughts that support us in anyway.

I can remember multiple times in my life, when I look at my life I notice a pattern like this - I can remember multiple scenarios throughout my life, where a group of people became jealous of something I did and I experience this shame, this feeling of almost needing to apologise for making the others look ineffective.

In nearly every company I have worked for I have seen this, because usually my focus, determination , vocabulary and understanding of the human mind helps me to excel very quickly in any company I am in.

This incident last weekend I saw jealousy and racism in others towards me, then I expereinced shame of my skin colour for a moment and shame that a woman was enjoying talking to me in a siatuation which caused these other males to be jealous and then attack me.

I remember the first large company I ever worked for when I was about 19, I was offered three promotions in less then one year, which resulted in me having my own team of 30 agents working under me within 18 months - most were jealous of this especially the older ones below me, and again I experienced this shame.

Then years before I remember in College when I was about 16, I had sex with a girl who a lot of the guys wanted and couldn't get, I can remember this jealousy from the guys at college and this shame experience that I made them feel bad.

Then when I was 14 I remember when I was training shoot fighting all the time, I was the only under 16 that was training with the adults - there was this tangible jealousy from of my younger training partners and again I felt shame that my results were so effective because it was making some of the others young fighters feel bad.

I can recall years prior to that a similar experience surrounding a sticker collection at school when I was about 8. So this is something that has been occurring repeatedly throughout my life and it has never assisted me.

Also It was around this time, around 8 where I myself experienced a lot of jealousy towards some of my friends at school regarding the point of family - jealous they had there mum and dad at home, jealous that their mum was not disabled and jealous that they generally seemed to have a normal family.

This jealousy nearly consumed me through teenage years and I was lucky I had the assistance I did from the right people at various points in life, to stop this jealousy/anger cycle.

It is all still relevant here, so join me next time as in self-honesty I continue to investigate and correct this shame experience when I am faced with jealousy from others, because it does not assist me in living what is best for all life here in equality and oneness.

Day 287: Have you been framed? Breathe through the storm

Have you ever found yourself in a situation where some people who clearly dislike you are attempting to frame you, to use you as a scapegoat for something you had nothing to do with? Generally being in the "wrong place at the wrong time" where someone attacked you in someway.

If you have or if you haven't experienced this is irrelevant really, because this blog will assist you if this kind of situation arises in your life in the future from here.

I have had people try to frame me for something I didn't do more then a few times in my life and this past weekend it happened again - and it is only from what I have learnt in my life about the mind and who we really are as life, that has assisted me massively in all events like this I have ever had to face.

Now I wont go into the details of this recent event, but long story short a small group of people in a setting of around 50 people were claiming I had done something which me and my single friend knew I did not.

They started to attack me with verbal slurs, slander and accusations - this group of men were very clearly drunk, also me and my friend believe this attack was racially motivated, as I was the only person of colour in this location, and this small group in this location were staring at me with aggression from the moment I walked in.

Now my friend was defending me from the moment the situation arose, while I directly was speaking to everybody that was present stating my clear innocence, with a focus on the security and owners of the establishment - everybody else was simply standing and watching, mainly all too scared to offer any feedback or support for either side of the situation.

Also there seemed to be an element of jealousy because one or two women were also showing interest towards me at one point in this establishment, which the men in this small group did not like - so it was a jealous, racial attack of sorts, where this small group was trying to set me up as the scapegoat for the crime that one of the men in this small group likely commited.

Then shortly after law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, a lot more then made logical sense to me as the owners of the location were concerned that perhaps the accusations about me were true, without even acknowledging mine and my friends viewpoint

To be fair the establishments owners/ security and the officers on the scene of course have to follow protocol in these situations regardless of their validity or lack there of - yet me and my friend were still dismayed and confused that the officers on the scene blindly then proceeded to arrest me on grounds of suspicion alone, with no evidence apart from the word of a small group of drunk ignorant people -

I did not resist this arrest even for a moment despite me and my friend finding the situation laughably stupid and unfair how it was being painted that I was considered guilty until proven innocent instead of the other way around, while none in this group attacking me were arrested as the officers at the scene could not initially see the game they were playing.

Then on the way to the station with my hands cuffed, I could see the cogs of logic start to twig in these officers minds as I continued to calmly state my case - my mind has been geared to be naturally investigatory in any situation and I have become adept at showing people the results of a clear, concise investigation.

These officers were already realising that what I was saying made sense and that I am the type of character that would admit it if I had done what was suggested - I always have taken responsibility for my actions for anything I have done in my life be that beneficial or not, because I have know for a long time that running from reality only compounds the issue.

Then once we arrived at the Police station, the ensuing questions, searches, administration and being stuck in a cell for a period of time began to unfold.

Now at various points in this event from start to finish of course some anger was bubbling up at certain points, but the whole time this is all happening how am I keeping myself calm? How am I remaining calm in this stormy situation? Breathing.

Breathing and the knowledge that the truth of my innocence would be confirmed once a true detective gets onto the case, despite these spiteful humans manipulative and for a few hours effective attempt to frame me for something that I did not do.

As I sat in my cell, which had nothing but a sink, a toilet, a very hard bed and a Qiblah sign which despite me not being religious is standard procedures for many prison cells now (due to the increase of Muslim arrests in the UK) - I continued to breathe through the angry storms that were coming up at various points through this ordeal, angry at those that orchestrated this situation - when the anger swelled I would grit my teeth and frown while staring at one spot on the wall.

Also a wondering of how long they would keep me detained? Also some annoyance thinking of the inconvenience of this and its knock on effects on my schedule for the rest of the night/next day etc. Wondering how long it would be until some real investigative work would start and my innocence would be confirmed - I continued to breathe, maintaining my stability within and as breathe through these storms. No emotional kicking and screaming as I heard some others in different cells doing - I even slept for a few hours and ate some food that was given to me knowing that it was a matter of time until reality was confirmed.

The police took the case seriously and after a few more hours a genuinely skilful detective did take the lead, who then proceeded to confirm my innocence after thorough and effective investigation - this detective apologised to me, as did the majority of officers at the station and then they released me from imprisonment.

The case will continue for others though, and I am sure the true perpetrators of these crimes will be brought to justice - which from my viewpoint it will end up being someone in the group who accused me - their attempt to use me as a scapegoat, to deceive and pervert the course of justice has failed.

This experience here as I walked out of the Police station was one of vindication and justice prevailing in the face of a deceitful storm that was created to try to destroy me - just like the storm of thoughts one has in the mind in these situations, a storm of thoughts, feelings and emotions that will destroy you if you let them, so do not allow them too.

In the calm before the storm and during the event one must always breathe through the storm, literally being the calm in the storm, being in this world not of it, maintaining a signature of common sense and responsibility for yourself, no matter the situation, moving from a clear starting point here, where solutions that are best for all life emerge.

When you are innocent, you are innocent  - you have nothing to fear, nothing to fear from people trying to use framing tactics to make you seem like a bad person in some way.

We can all find ourselves in the "wrong place at the wrong time" at points in life, as I did with this recent event - but how you respond to these situations is what will make or break you.

Always breathe through the storm HERE, no matter how volatile it is - as with anything in life, because it is only when we are stable as breathe HERE that we can navigate through the storm effectively.

Thanks for reading and join me next time in my journey to life.

Day 286: Nobody likes a know it all part 2

Do you have problems with people who know more then you about something? Do you find yourself getting offended when someone disagrees with a fact you are stating? And can you redesign your thinking to have respect and learn from those who hold knowledge that you do not?

Well lets walk together -

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to in the past believe the statement "Nobody likes a know it all" I realise that this statement is based in and thus only enforces separation from physical reality here which is unacceptable as it does not support me in living what is best for all life.

I forgive myself tat I have not realised in every breathe that the statement "Nobody likes a know it all" is based in competition, jealousy, criticism and as a means of venting frustration about ones own inadequacies in certain areas of knowledge.

I forgive myself for not realising that we are all pre-programmed by our environment in this world as we grow up to enjoy not knowing, stupidity and ignorance. Which in turn is the basis of how we ignore and perpetuate the abuse that exists in this world such as rape, war, starvation, poverty and slavery - so I must change this here as me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to not realise that the statement "Nobody likes a know it all" is a basis for prejudice towards anyone who is highly intelligent - which in turn shows us how we would act towards robots if they were fully integrated into society now.

I forgive myself for not realising in every moment that in 2018 you have to be a "know it all" in any field you work in, otherwise you put yourself at serious risk of being replaced by a machine, because machines do not mess around with knowledge, they just repeat what is statistically proven as fact far quicker and more effectively then humans.

I forgive myself for not realising that many films, music and media content has been made as brainwashing tools to direct people to disregard intelligence, fear the machine which stands as the highest point of knowledge and information intelligence in this world, so you humans should be angry and scared of them. which in reality makes no sense.

Because I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to trust stupidity and fear intelligence at certain points in my life - I realise that in reality here the statement is in reverse, so it reads "Nobody likes a know it all" when the truth is that "Everybody likes a know it all" is what this statement must be converted to and lived into existence by us all.

I forgive myself for not realising in all moments that we need intelligent people crucially in this world more then ever before in our history - because our species is running out of time to implement effective solutions to end abuse in this world, so the more "know it all's" that we create, then the better chance we have to unite our conscious intent and come up with solutions to install what is best for all life here.

I forgive myself that I have allowed and accepted myself to believe I know more then I actually do know in certain moments, which is a fake form of "knowing it all" derived from the ego as a defence mechanism to try and make my character come across a as more intelligent in a certain field then I really am.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe I am better then a person in a situation because I know something they do not - I realise that reviling in knowing when someone else doesn't is abuse, because in reality all knowledge must be shared equally, we are all physical beings, life, so thinking I am better then someone for a certain piece of knowledge really only shows a lack of knowledge in living whats best for all life.

I forgive myself for defining myself as "knowing" which yes while I do know about some things, to define myself as knowing is counter intuitive to learning, so I let this definition of myself go.

I forgive myself for not realising that believing that "nobody likes a know it all" only creates the outcome of "everybody liking an idiot" which when one looks at what TV programmes people like watching for instance, you can literally see this process occur.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feed into a system where everyone hides their inadequacy and frustrations about learning behind statements like "Nobody likes a know it all".

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to learn this Nobody likes a know it all" statement on the playground with my school mates, and then try to live that statement and enforce that on everyone - luckily I had my granddad and Bernard growing up to teach me the limitations of this statement, where eventually I have gotten myself to a point of not allowing myself to feed into "Nobody likes a know it all".

I forgive myself that despite my Grandfather telling me the limitations of this "Nobody likes a know it all" statement years ago, that I have still accepted and allowed myself at various points through the years to feed into this "Nobody likes a know it all" statement as justifications for limitations in my own and others learning, feeding into the stupidity that exists here which is not acceptable.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realise that as I have been unravelling this "Nobody likes a know it all" statement through the years, as I have been educating myself more and more, that inevitably I have been and do have many beings who will attack me, competing and disagreeing with anything I'm saying or doing, just purely because of not knowing, not understanding what I'm saying and doing and being annoyed that I know this and they do not.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to sometimes fear speaking about intelligent topics, because of wanting to avoid being attacked by others - but I have since realised that in order to change this world as myself, I must be prepared to get attacked by those that do not understand what is best for all life yet, not try and avoid it.

I forgive myself for not realising that the statement "Nobody likes a know it all" simply makes smart people feel ashamed about their own intelligence, which is completely unacceptable - can you see why so many smart people are quiet loners? It is because they get ridiculed by people for their intelligence in many social interactions.

I forgive myself that I react when I see that someone is allowing this "Nobody likes a know it all" character - where I will get annoyed that they are getting annoyed by my intelligence about something, where I will then proceed to argue and enforce this fact I know about until the other person submits in the conversation, which is completely counter-productive for both of us.

I forgive myself for not realising that this reaction becomes more pronounced if it is someone that I like in someway who is disagreeing with the facts I'm presenting -  I realise that It shouldn't matter who is disagreeing with me, I should be able to always take that disagreement without any reaction inside my mind.

I forgive myself that I have not realised in every breathe that this reaction to people existing as this "Nobody likes a know it all" statement, only shows me that I clearly have work to do in the form of investigations and corrections in relation to this statement.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to remain calm when someone is disagreeing with a fact I'm stating, because I have realised through the years that you cannot teach anything to a person who is not open to learn, you cannot force someone to see what is in front of them, no matter how real it is - there may be support but we all realise ourselves and all areas of this world as and when we are ready.

I forgive myself for desiring to save people from their own stupidity, which is a motivating factor behind why I react when I see someone living "nobody likes a know it all" disagreeing with facts - yet again I realise and understand that I cannot save anybody, I can only attempt to plant seeds if a person is receptive, forcing seeds into infertile soil will only cause the seed to never develop into a plant.

I commit myself to not allowing myself to feed into or exist as this "nobody likes a know it all" statement. I realise that this statement is based in limitations which are counter productive for our species - so as and when I see my mind having thoughts about "nobody liking a know it all" no matter for what reason, I stop and breathe, I do not allow myself to interact with these thoughts as it will only feed the cycle of separation, so I breathe and continue to do so until there is no more thoughts.

I commit myself to living the realisation that the truth of the statement "Nobody likes a know it all" must be re-aligned to "everybody likes a know it all". Because it has become absolutely crucial that we have as many highly intelligent people in this world as possible, so as a species we give ourselves the best chance of stopping a global catastrophe and truly evolving.

I commit myself to not allowing myself to react in annoyance when I see a person existing and feeding into the "Nobody likes a a know it all" statement in conversation/interaction with me. I realise and understand that I cannot expect someone to listen and acknowledge any facts I present to them if they are not receptive to hearing/learning, we all learn at our own pace, self-realise at our own pace - so as and when I see my mind reacting to someone disagreeing with or not respecting a fact I am presenting, then I stop and breathe, there is nothing beneficial from interacting with these thoughts, so I breathe and continue to do so until the point is truly transcended.

I commit myself to living the realisation that I am not here to force teaching to anybody, no matter how true what I say is - I am here to learn as much as I can, to investigate all things, to remove what is not beneficial, to improve myself and everything around me through what I learn, and by default everyone eventually will learn what I know in their own time, because we all will eventually all know what each other knows.

I commit myself to continue living the realisation that the opposite of the statement "Nobody likes a know it all" is the real truth that humanity must collectively unlock- which starts with me here.

Day 285: Nobody likes a know it all

Interesting isn't it, this statement which you will probably have heard a lot growing up in this world since a child - this concept that we should not like somebody because they know a lot summarised in the common statement that "Nobody likes a know it all"..

Its a concept which really highlights some of our main issues as a species on Earth - limitation. Where we cannot accept, acknowledge, learn from and respect the  knowledge and achievements of others but rather will automatically attack, get jealous, look to criticise, disagree and compete with this person.

It is pre-programmed into us this "Nobody likes a know it all" statement, which has developed a focal enjoyment on not knowing, on stupidity and ignorance, as you see with many mainstream TV programs - this line of thinking feeds into everyone's unconscious mind globally, feeding into and perpetuating the stupidity that exists in this world which allows for fucked up things like: rape, starvation, slavery, war and poverty that happens everyday.

You can see how humanity would treat robots if they were fully integrated in society right now -  racism and prejudice towards the knowledge that the robot holds - if you cant see that point then look at any number of Sci-Fi movies, that really highlight our dislike and distrust of the accurate knowledge of the machine.

When it reality it is the reverse meaning of this statement which is what this world actually needs that would actually support our growth individually and as a species - "Everybody likes a know it all".

I mean sure allowing your ego to believe you know more then you do is not supportive, or believing you are better then others for some knowledge you have is also unacceptable, but bottom line - this world is in such a tumultuous increasingly destructive flux that now more then ever before in our history, we need people who are highly educated.

I always have time for people who are educated and are making a point, because the ability to comprehend intelligently gives you the ability to see patterns, outcomes and solutions that the
uneducated/unknowing cannot.

But I have seen myself judging people before based on their knowledge, I remember the first time I ever did this was when I was about 8 and my granddad was trying to explain something to me, I think it was about relativity.

I remember sighing, being bored, being really confused and annoyed that I didn't know what he knew, I didn't know what he meant so, my response in my mind was to react and then try to disregard what he was saying by stating something I had learnt at school with my mates at the same time "Nobody likes a know it all".

My granddad immediately challenged me on this statement, by saying it to me back in reverse  - he said if everybody loves a person who knows nothing, then those people will not solve anything in life.

He went onto to simplify - that anyone who believes that "nobody likes a know it all" is simply a stupid person trying to hide their inadequacies.

So he was the first person to show me that knowledge must be respected, not scoffed at, so it was here that I learnt to change this point - nowadays Its roles reversed because I have been attacked by many others at times, for them reacting to something I've said, something I know that they don't - then they just transform into this "Nobody likes a know it all" concept where the knowledge im sharing is being disregarded by this person.

Just last night I saw an issue where as I was making a factual point about funerals with a friend, but she was caught up in this "nobody likes a know it all" character, so was questioning and disagreeing with the facts I was presenting and I reacted to her being this character as "I expected better" from her.

I have noticed this pattern in me before, where I  will react to someone disagreeing with a fact that I am stating, and then I will forcefully go on a rant about this fact until the person submits to the fact I am presenting.

So thanks to living with my granddad a lot growing up who was highly educated, and my own self-corrective application of self-insight, self-forgiveness and breathing through the years I do not accept this "nobody likes a know it all" statement/concept as myself.

However the reactions I have when I see the other person existing as this "Nobody likes a know it all" character in a conversation, this annoyance that they cant see the fact, or are trying to refute it, actually shows me that I do still have issues to investigate and resolve in my mind in relation to this in order to live what is best for all life.

So encourage, respect and learn from new knowledge that people make you aware of in life, and join me next time as I continue to walk this point in my journey to life.
