Day 280: Back to basics

What is something that we humans tend to do in anything we do? Over-complicating things - over complication of our thoughts, our emotions and feelings - Its also interesting to look at how intelligence is so important in life, developing vocabulary and expanding our understanding of our world to maximise our capacity, our ability to collaborate and create anything.

However one must be careful, because the more knowledge and information you carry within you, then the higher your intelligence will get, but then also the ego can mess with you at the same time, where a form of "tainted intelligence" develops which tends to always look for the complex answer, because according to intelligence simplicity can often be judged and defined as stupid when the ego is caught up in "intelligence." - this is something Scientists fr instance can easily become afflicted by.

However, in reality in anything I do I find that sticking to the basics is where I produce results that are best for all life - that is what equal money, equality and oneness is all about, because the best foundations are based on simplicity, not over-complication.

For example just recently my friend I haven't seen in a long time came to see me, hes a very smart guy who works in banking - but when we planned meeting up he suggested that he could bring some of his new artwork hes working on to show me, that we could go on a trip somewhere, do some training, that we could discuss economics with some of his other friends in banking, that we could go to the cinema, that he could bring his girlfriend and one of her friends for me.

But then he said he would need to get an extra train to pick up his girlfriends friend, and that I should call him at set times so we could time an eta arrival so I could pick them all up from my local train station.

He speaks and acts fast habitually, which is needed at times in life, especially in the financial world - but as he was explaining this giant plan for the weekend to me, he sounded a bit stressed about cramming all these points in - so I told him to stop, to breathe and slowdown.

I reminded him that while all the elements of his plan sounded cool, that we are not at work, we do not have deadlines other then what we create - we only have a few days at the weekend to see each other and ultimately it is seeing him again, catching up that was the main thing I was interested in doing.

I explained that we can just break things down and get to each point breathe by breathe 1+1 and see what we have time to do and if we don't get all of it done, then we can space all the points out across other meetings in the future - it doesn't all need to be done in one weekend.

He understood what I was saying and in the end he just came down by himself, we had some good chats, we did go to the cinema, played some pool and we did discuss economics with some of his other friends.

It was a cool and relaxing weekend, which if we had followed his plan would have been too complicated in one weekend and would have only been more stress then was needed - we said our goodbyes and agreed to get the other things done in the future.

Over-complication - its just so easy to bring into anything we humans do, because that is how our pre-programmed mind works, it always looks for some "genius" complicated plan to get to success in something.

Despite what I have learnt in life, I still catch my mind trying to over-complicate the answer to something at times - like just today for instance I wanted to walk Baku, do all the housework, clean the car, see a friend, do some research, workout, do shopping and make dinner.

But as these spiral of thoughts were coming up, I realised that this is just my ego trying to over-complicate my day, so I forgave myself of these thoughts, slowed down through breathing where I could clearly see that while I could have done all of these things in one day, it was not practical, so I just did around half of the things, because simplicity moves according to 1+1=2, not 1+10,000 = 2 or any other stupid combination of numbers that don't add up through over complication in the mind.

Or the other day, I was speaking to someone who had a specific heart condition and this person was talking to me about if they should get medical insurance and what cover they could expect - initially my mind went into over-complicating the explanation, and I could see I was confusing this person.

So I breathed slowed down where I could see the fuck up I was allowing, so once I continued to focus on breathing I revisited the conversation again and broke it down in a much more direct simplistic way, which ultimately allowed him to clearly understand me, which of course was best for all.

So remember that we must highlight every area of our life where we are allowing over-complication to occur, because only consequences of over-complexity can come from this, stress, rushing too much, hindering communication.

Get used to forgiving your thoughts, to slowing yourself down in the moment as breathe, where you can re-write your own script, 1+1=2 applying common sense allowing yourself to then stick to the basics, stick to practicality in anything you do, which is where solutions that are best for all manifest.

Day 279: I hate being wrong when I think I'm right Part 2

Do you react in annoyance when someone tells you your wrong about something which you think your right about? We have all experienced this before, but is it a consistent pattern for you? If it is then this blog should assist you as I walk -

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hate being told directly that I am wrong when I think I am right -  I realise that this experience is a defence mechanism of my ego and limits my learning and interactive capacities with other beings.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed thoughts in these moments like - "what is this person talking about? I think I know this, I did it correctly, its there judgement/scoring of my task that is flawed, they should see it like I do" I realise these thoughts do not assist me in living what is best for all life.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to alleviate responsibility of the consequences of my own actions in certain moments through blaming others and justifying my viewpoint -  which is a starting point of separation which only results in separation in my actions

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe that I am right just because I think I am In relation to something I'm working on, without actually knowing it for a verifiable cross-reference-able fact.

I forgive myself that I have not realised that If I did know something for a fact, If I actually had direct memory access, real muscle memory, real understanding and knowledge of something, then I wouldn't be offended - I have seen in my life that when I actually am truly knowing about something, then I do not get offended when someone says I'm wrong, I realise that whenever there is a reaction within my mind, it shows me clearly in the mirror that there are things in relation to this point that I need to investigate, take responsibility for and sort out.

I forgive myself or allowing myself to not be honest with myself in all moments about what I know and what I think I know, because in reality there is a huge difference.

I forgive myself for not allowing myself in every breathe here, to see the trap of beLIEving I am consciously competent as the ego when I am not, which keeps me in a state of unconscious incompetence.

I forgive myself that as the ego in these moments I will often use the excuse and justification of not being a robot, therefore my limitation within what I have done is explainable, not my fault and acceptable, which I see is actually an unacceptable concept.

I forgive myself that I have allowed and accepted myself to as these defence mechanisms of the ego blame the judging system of my work as being flawed, ahead of acknowledging and accepting my own inadequacies within the work.

I forgive myself that as this defence mechanism I let myself argue my point when I do not have actual knowing in the subject to support my case, which only prolongs and stagnates my actual learning.

I forgive myself for being self-dishonest, to not be honest with myself years ago when I first noticed this point of not liking being wrong when I think I'm right to be able to effectively walk it out.

I forgive myself that I have not realised in all moment that I first learnt this experience from my grandfather, because I rarely ever saw him being incorrect about something, and he would still argue his case even if he was or possibly could be wrong, because when a scientist doesn't know something - rather then admitting not knowing or being wrong, they will still rely on hypothesis and build an argument from that- a hypothesis which could ultimately be incorrect.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto memories of my grandfather rarely being wrong or admitting to being wrong in the rare instances where he could have been.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto memories of Bernard rarely being wrong or admitting to being wrong in the rare instances where he could have been.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to defend my Grandfather or Bernard whenever they were making a point and someone was disagreeing with them, even in the rare moments where they could have been wrong - this was of course due to my veneration of both men as father figures growing up.

I forgive myself for placing my Grandfather and Bernard higher above anyone else in my mind in terms of knowledge of Science and human life, which may have been true, but regardless I realise they were just two beings that existed here and impacted my life, they have no more importance then any living beings in this world.

I forgive myself for defining myself as knowing more then I actually do sometimes, just by virtue of knowing these two influential and very knowledgeable men in my life.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to deceive myself as this hating being wrong when I think I'm right point - and I forgive myself for not realising that this can only have consequences of inevitable fuck ups.

I forgive myself for believing that its even less likely that I'm wrong if its relation to some work I do, when in reality in any area of our life, if our learning has been tainted by the ego filling in gaps, then I clearly have more to learn, which is cool.

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realise in every breathe that there is no end to learning, there is no ascended master status that exists within anything.

I forgive myself for not accepting in all moments that we can all be wrong at times, regardless of how much we know about something - I realise I must always be open as an open book to learning more in any field.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realise in all moments that when I actually slowdown, breathe and release this hating being wrong and blaming experience in the moment, then I maximise my actual effective learning of something.

I commit myself to not allowing myself to exist as this hating being wrong when I think I'm right experience - so as and when I see my mind having thoughts come up about disliking being told I'm wrong by someone when I clearly have limited evidence, limited knowing, I stop and breathe - I do not allow myself to engage these thoughts, I realise the cycling entrapment of myself that will occur if I do, so I breathe and continue to do so, until there is no more thoughts that come up in these moments of being told I'm wrong.

I commit myself to living the realisation that there is no plateau that exists within any learning, so I must always be open to being wrong, to have something new to learn.

I commit myself to living the realisation hat if I think I am right about something, then regardless of if anyone points out that I'm wrong about something to do with this thing or not, I understand and accept myself that I clearly have more to learn.

I commit myself to not allowing myself to avoid taking responsibility when I do something incorrectly by blaming others scoring criteria. So as and when I see my mind trying to blame someone else for questioning my actions when I have a limited understanding of the subject, I stop and breathe, I do not let myself get mixed up in this reaction process as I realise that it will not assist me in anyway, so I keep applying myself as breathe in self-honesty here walking in common sense where I always take responsibility for my actions.

Day 278: I hate being wrong when I think I'm right

Well we all like to say, oh we are all wrong sometimes - but when you are told this directly by someone how do you react? You know that reaction you sometimes get when someone tells you directly that you have done something wrong, some task  - and you feel like "what is this person talking about? I think I did this right, its their scoring/judgement of my work which is flawed. Why can they not see it from my perspective".

Its this feeling of an alleviation of responsibility because of the belief, the thinking that I did something right so now I'm offended your suggesting otherwise.

Fascinating to consider though that if I really did know I had done the task in perfect alignment of the word - then there would be no "thinking i did it right", there would be no emotional response when someone says I did it incorrectly because I actually do know down to the muscle that I have done it correctly.

The ego is fascinating like that I find - its only when we are halfway to learning something, yet we feel we have a better understanding then what we really do in physical reality - thoughts cloud our direct knowing and we get stuck in this stage of incompetence while believing we are competent within our pre-programmed mind consciousness system where the ego derives.

I had a moment at work this week which reminded me of this point, and in the moment it was interesting because my ego created this justification defence mechanism of - well I'm not a robot, I do make mistakes, so let me blame your analysis of my work instead because you are also not a robot so let me now find flaws in your system as you are looking at mine.

Very personal, lots of words were exchanged and a half an hour debriefing ended up being over an hour as I vehemently stated my case and defended my point.

This is something that I have seen in myself many times before, something I still need to transcend, to align into consistent self-honesty so I need to investigate further.

I see my grandfather immediately, like I do with many points in my pre-programming growing up in this world - I rarely saw my grandfather admit he did something wrong, and anytime I saw him being wrong about something, or someone accusing him of being wrong - as is common with someone scientists he would passionately argue his case, criticising the other persons case and would never believe any thing was true which could not be quantified scientifically so it can be tested right here now - its like you literally have to do a giant experiment in front of him before he will consider he possibility that his point is incorrect, even if it ultimately is.

I remember so many moments, one that just came up was onetime when we were cycling in the forest, then at one point we were cycling along a road, I remember him pulling out in front of a car while we crossed the road -  the car didn't hit him luckily, but he immediately blamed the person driving the car, which I joined in on,cursing and breaking down their apparent "stupidity" even though in hindsight pulling out in front of a car when your cycling is a bad idea.

He was like my father growing up but I can hardly remember him ever admitting to doing something wrong, or especially not without a fight first - so this is where I first learned to do this.

But he was right so much of the time, so when you venerate a person in youth, you just fill in the gaps and think they are always right anyway - I see how in my mind also with Bernard this had an effect in younger years because I also venerated him and he was also rarely wrong about things he would speak about - and just like my grandfather in moments where he may have actually done something incorrectly, or miscalculated for a second I still would defend his decision.

I remember onetime Bernard was saying that a certain car is better then another one and someone there was disagreeing, but of course even if Bernard was wrong statistically about this point, I still agreed with Bernard and so just by virtue of knowing/venerating my Granddad and Bernard its like my mind was brought up believing it knows a lot which is true, but had the effect of rarely admitting to not knowing something, especially if its in relation to one of my professions at the time.

So I must walk out this hating of being wrong, this hating admitting being wrong abut something, because when i slow down and breathe I can see with common sense that not admitting when i do not have direct memory access to something is pure self-deception and can only have consequences of fuck ups, while breathing, forgiving my reactions to being wrong can only assist me to accept that we are can all be wrong at times, especially if we are not a master in the field, which is where I will actually learn from my mistakes and align myself to have direct memory access.

Join me next time as I continue this point...

Day 277: This is how I start another day in My Kingdom - Lazy in the Sun

How did you start today? What did you experience inside yourself? What interactions and activities have you done as a result of this?

How do you feel about the British Royal family? Well really it is irrelevant how you feel, because in reality The British Royal family have created a Kingdom of abuse for the most part throughout their entire history - The Queen herself currently has enough money (over £18 Trillion) to wipe out world poverty about 10 times over and still leave her enough money to be a Trillionaire - yet she does not.

The stories of Pagan rituals, Incest, Paedophilia, Cannibalism, Wars, Theft, Blackmail, as well as conspiracies to kill family members who are considered "outcasts" in the family such as famously George II, Prince Albert Victor, most recently Princess Diana and many others of "lesser family stature" throughout history.

However, as diabolical as this one family has been to life on Earth, we are actually all connected to them - we are all Kings, Queens, Princes and Princesses - but majority in the British Royal family would of course prefer that we do not see ourselves as equal to them. But as they and every person in this world will have to realise as we move forward, we are all Royalty - it is our birth right as living beings to have the best of whats here and to be true rulers of our kingdoms.

Our mind is our kingdom, our body is our kingdom, our house, our network of friends, family and associates are our kingdom, this planet is our kingdom.

I heard a song today which I have heard many times before because I like it a lot - it is called a King at Night by Bonnie Prince Billy.

What comes through the songs resonance and some of the lyrics for me is the point of realising that we all have a kingdom, this world is equally our kingdom and it is thus our responsibility to always look to build and improve upon the kingdom that we have.

If your day starts with instability inside yourself then it will permeate and taint everything you do in your kingdom throughout the day.

A supportive kingdom grows an flourishes throughout everyday and while we all have moments of instability, a supportive kingdom sees the moments as learning curves to facilitate beneficial change, rather then focusing on and becoming these instabilities allowing them to control the kingdom.

Today I woke up and it was very sunny weather, I have noticed in the past that when it is sunny, that I react to this weather and will look for justifications to literally spend the whole day laying around in the sun doing nothing in self-interest.

Of course it is more physically difficult working in the blazing sun, yet this is no excuse t avoid all work because - what must be done, when it needs to be done, must be done regardless of the weather. When I have investigated this further I see how doing nothing just because it is sunny, is detrimental to my kingdoms growth -

So instead I have learnt to put a system in place, whereby when the thoughts come up to do nothing when its sunny, then I stop and breathe, I realise what my mind is trying to do, I note down the thoughts and then write down the consequences of participating with these thoughts, which lets me see clearly what things I will disregard in my kingdom due to being lazy in the sun.

I forgive myself, then I realise that the act of relaxing in the sun itself is not he problem, but being controlled by my mind to spend too long doing it is - so then I give myself maybe an hour or so broken up through the day, in the sun doing nothing but laying down enjoying the suns electromagnetic rays. Because as within anything we do, it is scientifically proven that if we spend more then 4-6  hours a day doing one thing, then this is a detriment to our learning a detriment to our health and other tasks in our kingdom that
need our focus also.

So today thus far, I have made my breakfast, walked my dog, I did some shopping, I made my lunch, I assisted my local birds, I helped a few friends with tasks they were doing, I did housework, I did some research, I did some business work and now I'm here writing about my experiences, and learning/implementing new alignments in my life.

Do you see how if I had just stayed enslaved to the reactions and thoughts to do nothing in the sun, that I would have not done majority of the things I have done in my kingdom today? I do, so whenever you see your mind avoiding the upkeep, the daily improvement of what needs to be done in your kingdom, then take self-responsibility, be honest with yourself and become a true leader within your kingdom.

When we get to a point where we can all spend each day improving ours and everyone's kingdom
here in equality and oneness, then we will finally have a unified kingdom of heaven on earth here, where everyone is relaxing in the sun. This planet is tired of the ways of the old monarchies who still exist, it is time to make a true kingdom of life here, a new royal family where everyone is included.

How did you start today in your kingdom? I suggest you give all you can everyday to build a better world, we never know when today is our last day here in this world - so lets all make sure we leave a kingdom of worth behind us, so we can relax with a smile on our face as the sun sets on today.

Join me next time as I continue my journey to life.....
