Fear of Micro chip at work – why Fear whats Here?

So just prior to coming to the desteni farm, an interesting point came up at work , where the company is now implementing a system that tracks all employees from head office to check we are getting to work destinations on time, and that we are working the allotted time that we are paid to do. its very clear though that most people immediately react in fear to the word tracking or microchip for instance, which is completely ridiculous because we are all tracked already lol, via many means such as bank accounts, digital tvs, passports, computers etc, you name it.

It is done through a text message service where the company text your phone and then when you text back, they are then able to track your phone. What is fascinating is that apart from myself and a few other work colleagues, the majority of my team and most company staff totally disagreed to the idea. Various whining justifications and fears came up such as: “I’m not willing to have my phone tracked”, “the company should trust me”, “what if they track me outside of work hours?” “I enjoy my privacy” “I don’t want my personal phone tracked” etc. So this negative response moved the company to now issue company phones that are tracked during work hours to optimize employee efficiency.  

I found it fascinating because it reminded me of how people react to the microchip solution put forward by desteni to work in unison with an equal money system, where people take things so personally lol. It simply exposes people’s fears, exposes the fact that anyone who is opposed to tracking basically has a lot of secrets that they do not want exposed. It basically exposes that a person doesn’t want to be seen, because they want to hide and get away with abuse. I mean at the end of the day my company has imposed this protocol to stop crime, and to ensure that all employees are doing exactly what they should be doing. So anyone that resisted this point is only saying they have points to hide from the company, that they fear having themselves exposed, and that very likely they are not doing their job fully committed 100% of the time, attempting to get away with working 4 hours of work to get paid for 8 hours – which is totally unacceptable, and so this phone tracking solution implemented by my company will clearly hugely reduce crime just the same as the equal money system microchip will do.

So if the company you work for is looking to implement a similar tracking system then I suggest do not resist it, do not allow fear to control you, because it is futile to resist what has been created here. Instead understand and work with the point that tracking and micro chipping is technology that is here on this earth, which we cannot escape, it has been generated by acceptance and allowance to be designed by humans. And understand that your company is simply implementing this tracking to optimize effectiveness of staff, to eliminate criminal behaviour of employees and thus increase company profits.
