Day 176: Are you afraid?

We have all experienced fear before. Fear is the predominate running factor in humans lives today - fear of not having money, fear of dying, fear of loss, fear of the future, fear of being alone, fear of not being liked by people, fear of change, fear of being equal with people etc. These fears come up in people everyday.

Then these broad system fears that we have all experienced then splinters into multiple other fears/phobias that we design through our characters in teenage/adult years - fear of insects, fear of certain animals, fear of certain weather, fear of disease, fear of the elite, fear of heights, fear of certain food etc, some people even experience fears of things that most cannot even relate to, like a fear of a random object.

Fear is a mind consciousness system generated compounded energy, so that humans fear themselves, so that we believe ourselves to be it, and do not realise ourselves as life as all as one as equal as we actually are.
But what is the consequence of us accepting and allowing all these various fears inside our minds on a day to day basis 24/7?

The consequences of participating with fear in our mind, means that we never operate according to what is best for all life, but rather what is best for me in self-interest, as a type of ego-preservation machine, which is why the world is the way it is today - a fuck up of fear, where everyone is feeding into fear, rather then standing up within it and releasing it.

Upon research, it becomes clear that fear can be transcended in a persons life, by taking self-responsibility for each point of fear - standing up within and as that fear, and then releasing it as ourself through a process over years. I have found that self-forgiveness and self-corrective application of breathing has been most effective for me, to keep myself in my body physically here and stable.

So we develop fears over a multitude of years, compounding emotional energy with each point, integrating the fear with and as us, many fears can seem "impossible" to transcend in our minds, so it can take years to diffuse each point of fear. What is interesting to note is that there is one fear which is the most difficult to transcend, which is the fear that comes up in a moment of knowing you may possibly die. Impending death in front of your eyes.

When it comes to fears that make sense, it is more a case of working with the point in the moment, focusing on breathing and moving as quickly and efficiently as you can, not allowing that fear to petrify you, but push you into action.

Life or death situations are where fear comes up in its purest form you could say - for instance if you were bleeding in open water with some very large hungry sharks swimming near you. This is a fear that makes sense, because no matter how fearless you may believe yourself to be, this is a type of fear where you know you could die right now, to the point where you can taste it here and now.

In these situations to have any opportunity to survive the encounter, you will require to breathe, because the fear energy will be like none you have felt before, and then you will have to physically push yourself to try to move and survive the situation, instead of allowing the fear to freeze you in the moment where there is no chance of survival.

There is no ego-preservation in this fear, it is a type of reactive practical fear in the moment here you could say, a response to possible physical harm, a fear that is assisting you in a way, to push you to get out of the situation as soon as possible, if possible. Now for those that are used to releasing fear in their life, brave humans, they will have a better chance of being able to work with the biggest of fears in the worst of situations then most people.

Because the brave acknowledge fear when it comes up, but do not allow it to control their actions to be limited, inactive, and determined by fear - but rather to remain stable as breathe, releasing the fear as it comes up, then directing themselves as breathe to spring into action according to what makes sense in the situation.

What is interesting is that we all have the capacity to be brave in one moment here, in one breathe to say till here no further, and interestingly the more you get used to facing and releasing points of fear in your life, that is how your ability to stand in bravery will increase in all areas in your life. You will find that your abilities, your effectiveness in whatever your doing will increase, because fear is no longer determining for you how you interact with yourself and the world around you.

So first step is to investigate and acknowledge your fears that have developed in your mind, one by one in self-honesty. Do not listen to the ego, your back chat as thoughts will try to trick you and justify your fear pre-programs - so breathe, remain here as your physical body, keep sticking to breathe no matter what until you remove the fears that don't make sense -- the fears that only preserve your idea of yourself as a pre-programmed robot, fears that only support your ego and actually are abusive to life. Only we create our fears, and so only we can change them.

Remember the more of our fears we learn to let go of, then the more effective we will become in our lives in any undertaking, and as a species in general. The fearless are powerful, the fearful are powerless, there is no death apart from the death of our idea of ourselves, so lets stop fearing ourselves.
