Day 175: Haters gona hate part 2

Are you hating something or someone? I have hated others, hated myself, but there is no need to hate -

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react to, and then attack a person in my thoughts as hate. I realise that this reaction I am having to and towards this person, is happening because of seeing a reflection of some part of myself as the world that I dislike as hate.

I forgive myself that I have not realised in every moment, that it is a part of humans pre-programming, where we will react to that which we have accepted within ourself in the past or currently in our lives, until we become aware and make the commitment to change.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that when I am attacked by someone in an abusive way, that I must defend myself immediately, defend my principles, defend my idea of myself. But I realise that this is just my ego trying to be omnipotent, and regardless of what I say, no matter "how profound" or true it is, it is pointless to do, because i cannot change another persons idea about themselves, if a person has made up their mind about something, and is just spewing out their mind possessions in comments, it makes more sense, to not react at all, but breathe, remove the abusive comments and move on.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to justify my reaction towards another, if the person I am directing my reaction towards is enjoying being abusive towards others without regard. I will not allow myself to be controlled by this hate as fear, so I take self-responsibility to release the reactions that come up in my mind.

I forgive myself that I have not realised in every here moment of breathe, that if I am reacting in my mind with thousands of destructive thoughts about a person, it is showing me that I am not clear and stable, which means this person has the ability to mind control me, literally through pushing buttons that offend my ego as my idea of myself in some way, like a remote control. I do not accept this as myself, I take self-responsibility to will myself to walk and change this point here as breathe no mater how many times I fall.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to project my hateful experiences onto another - I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that anyone else other then myself is responsible for the hate I experience in myself to and towards another person. I realise that i cannot allow myself to believe this in anyway, because it is the same as saying that this person is now my god and I am their slave, which is never acceptable.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hate parts of myself, and then go into emotion and suppression about the points, which then comes up within me as a reaction in the moment as loads of thoughts when I see this point in another, who I can now use to blame my insecurities about myself on in my mind.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not take self-responsibility for this hate immediately through a process of self-forgiveness and self-corrective application of breathing here, to correct this hate towards myself that I am projecting onto another, but rather just get emotional about the points, and then try to "force them" to disappear in my mind which only results in separation as suppression.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I can force my hateful inner experiences to disappear by forcing myself to "forget" the points, pushing the points down inside myself, which is just pure self-deception, because as I have noted these hateful points only cycle inside myself and come out again when I see someone that is showing me a reflection.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to deceive myself within receiving hateful comments from others, by reacting negatively as a judgement and annoyance to comments that are negative towards me. I realise that this is happening because of me existing as the ego in my mind, where I exist as a polarity friction, where I am only wanting, expecting, being happy with supportive comments and reacting negatively to un-supportive comments.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to only want supportive comments, because that is not reality, because I should already expect and be mentally prepared to not react to the reactions I bring up in others, which is to be expected considering the content of what I have been sharing with people.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to exist as polarity within and as the mind as a "love/hate" dynamic, where I have allowed supportive or un-supportive comments, to either move me positively or negatively as an energetic reaction instead of just being here breathing, being clear seeing the words as myself without any mental shit attached.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I only enjoy the supportive comments, but in reality - my mind enjoys the attention from a supportive comment or someone that is hating me, because either way it is providing energy to my ego, which is not acceptable.

I forgive myself that I have not realised in every moment of breathe, that when someone is directing their hate towards me, they more then likely hate themselves, because as I mentioned earlier, I am showing the person their own limitations, so obviously they will divert their reactions onto me.

I forgive myself that I have not realised in all moments that if I react to hateful comments, then it is actually supporting me, because although the person may be completely mind possessed attacking me, my reaction is showing me that I require to change the points about myself, so then I can take self-responsibility to re-program myself to not repeat this next time, but to instead train myself to become stable as breathe in the face of the most abusive of attacks.

I commit myself to not allowing myself to experience myself as reactions of hate towards another, regardless of what they say or do, because hate is a very limiting experience that does not assist me in anyway to live what's best for all life - so when i see my mind reacting to the hateful words of another, I stop and breathe -- I do not allow myself to engage with the thoughts that comes up, I simply breathe, keep myself here, and continue to do that, until the thoughts eventually stop coming up.

I commit myself to living the realisation that if a person is attacking me, they are only showing me their own limitations, and assisting me to see if I am completely clear in the face of their attack. So I stand as breathe in the moment, remain clear, see if i can assist the person with even planting the smallest of seed, but if their abuse is continual, I will just block the person until they can sort their shit out, or just be more civilised in conversation.

I commit myself to living the realisation that if there is anything I dislike about myself, then suppressing the points is never the answer, I must stand up within and as this experience, and then release the points as breathe as and when they come up, until they do not come up any more.

I commit myself to not blaming anyone else for my own experiences, I realise the separation within that - so as and when I see my mind having thoughts about blaming others for what I'm experiencing -- I stop and breathe, I continue to breathe, stable, slow, here - I repeated this process every time the thoughts come up until they are no more and are deleted.

I commit myself to living the realisation that any time i react in hate towards another, then it shows me that I must investigate points in my mind that have not been dealt with effectively but have been suppressed.

I commit myself to living the realisation that people will always react in hateful ways, if you reflect what a person wants to be to them, if you show a person their own limitations with your efforts.
