Stopping debates and preaching through breathing

watching someone breathe is cool, i enjoy doing this, especially when someone is disagreeing with me on a point that i have stated, then an inevitable debate that can lead into an argument will ensue if i react to the beings words, getting caught up in a self created ego conflict as the mind. So watching a person breathe is a cool tool to stop participating in discussions and debates with people that have already made up their mind about equality, and are only basing the discussion on fear and separation which is not constructive for me or anyone to participate in. Slowing down and looking at the body movement of myself and the other being, realising within this that i am exactly the same as this being.

Now debating with people that attempt to attack, or disagree with me is a point that i have faced and continue to face in my process, because it is a point that i have long ago fallen in love with in my life, and even now im still in love with this point, because when someone disagrees with me, or i see 2 people engaging in an debate/argument, then i still get back chat about "getting involved" in this debate/argument, to "settle the score" wanting to save another person from their own limitation, which is impossible. Because within that point of wanting to sort out anothers problems, i am not aware that i am accepting myself as limitation of myself equally as the being i am looking to "fix", that i am missing myself, not understanding that reacting to this being is actually just me reacting to my self, seeing a reflection of myself in the being as a point that i used to allow but have since stopped, that i am judging because i am now apparently so much "better" than this point i can see in the other being, and i now how to stop so they should listen to me - This is clear separation of myself, friction never can change anything, only by standing equal as the point and directing myself within and as the point to equality and oneness can there be actual change, it is all about me - wanting to change anothers perception on any point is self deception, it is to avoid facing self, focusing on the dishonesty of others rather then my own, as if i am in a position to judge another when i am not, i cannot determine anothers outcome, i can only determine my own, because all are equal on this point of standing to face self alone with nobody doing things for us, because then we woud be separated and enslaved to the being that did it for us as the master/slave polarity, there may be support for another to have a look at a point, but only as a suggestion.

Anyway so i have been looking much further into how i engage in debates? what am i reacting to as the trigger? why am i accepting this friction? where in my past did i start having "verbal battles" now attempting to re-live it? what pictures are connected? why is it that i still have to stop myself from engaging in debates? what am i attempting to change in another? why? So i require to look further into all the components of this point of debating with people who already have made their mind up about me, so that i can release this point from my world fully. So its cool to consider what we see when we see another being breathe, because we actually within this realisation see ourselves, and that debating and arguing with our selves is totally pointless, and is of separation that is only occuring through acceptance and allowance of self to exist as the layers of the pre-programmed symbolic mind, instead of equality and oneness, and that must be stopped because i will accept no less then what is best for all in my life.
